Welcome to Evolution! As Founder and Owner of Evolution Supply Chain Limited, and with over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, my mission is to deliver nothing short of exceptional service and value to our clients.
My own experience as a supply chain innovator and leader began back in 2003, as Founder, Commercial Lead and Group Director of SEKO Logistics UK & Ireland. From humble beginnings, a small start-up team of just 3 people, we successfully grew the company to an award-winning, industry-leading, outsource supply-chain management services partner with over 450 UK employees, recognised and trusted on a global scale.
I am well versed in navigating the complexities of running a fast-track business, and am delighted to be entering into an exciting new chapter of this journey with the inception of Evolution Supply Chain Ltd.
I have a wealth of experience in providing bespoke customer solutions to some of the UK’s largest and most respected businesses and brands. By leveraging our depth of expertise, leading-edge technologies, and expansive networks here at Evolution Supply Chain, we’re here to deliver maximum value to our clients’ supply chains. When I’m not working, you can often find me playing golf or getting stressed watching my football team Fulham play! Outside of this, I enjoy nothing more than enjoying a social glass of wine (or 2!) with friends and spending time and traveling with my family.

With over 30 years of experience in supply chain, the last twenty years leading transformational change, Craig recently founded InFuze Supply Chain Solutions to bring a fresh approach to optimizing performance.
InFuze focuses on driving change through the seamless integration of three core pillars: strategy, talent, and academy. By combining these pillars, we optimize supply chain strategies, secure top talent for leadership and growth, and build lasting internal capabilities through coaching and training.
Craig brings extensive experience across the entire value chain, including demand and supply planning, commercial logistics, production planning, process improvement, S&OP/IBP, portfolio and inventory optimisation, supply chain modelling, and project management. He is also adept at delivering actionable analysis and insights that drive long-term business success.
By working together as associates, we supplement one another’s capabilities to deliver a truly best-in-class offering, ensuring sustainable, measurable results that future-proof your supply chain for long-term success.
I have over 25 years experience in merchandising and supply chain management across a number of retail sectors from fashion & home, health & wellbeing, charities and catering, covering value, lifestyle and luxury brands.
I am passionate about sustainability and reducing waste across the supply chain, strongly supporting businesses to buy, source, move and sell with a more circular mindset.
My roles have enabled me to gain knowledge and a very strong network across multiple ERP & demand planning, 3PL services and fulfilment, if I don’t know the answer I definitely know someone who will.
I have a very hands on approach, focusing on what is the problem we are trying to solve and defining the best options for success, you will always hear me say “we” when working on projects within your business, I am your critical friend, a safe pair of hands and can quickly integrate within teams and support where needed.
